PLMJ advised the Spanish firm Incus Capital on the purchase of the former Banco Popular's headquarters in Lisbon. The PLMJ team for this deal was led by Francisco Lino Dias, PLMJ senior partner and co-head of the firm's Real Estate and Tourism practice area. The other member of the team were Sérgio Antunes Teixeira, a senior associate from the same practice area, and Eduardo Crespo, a senior associate in the Capital Markets practice.
The former Banco Popular's headquarters in Praça de Espanha, Lisbon were sold by Santander to Incus Capital, a pan-European investment company based in Madrid, which arrived in Portugal in 2012.
