PLMJ advises Principal Real Estate on the acquisition of the Dom Luís I building

PLMJ advised Principal Real Estate on the acquisition of Quartztown, owner of the Dom Luís I building, from the TransEuropean VI fund managed by Patrizia AG.

The Dom Luís I building is located on the riverfront of the capital and has a total area of 10,300 m2: 8,100 m2 of offices and 2,200 m2 for retail and leisure.

The PLMJ team responsible for the transaction was coordinated by Rita Alarcão Júdice, a partner in the Real Estate and Tourism practice, and included Sofia Nogueira Leite, a lawyer from the same practice, Nuno Serrão Faria, Pedro Menezes Cardoso and Carolina Martins Correia, all from the Corporate M&A practice, and Rita Romão and Pedro de Almeida Fernandes, both from the Banking and Finance practice.
