PLMJ advises ReGa Energy on 2nd investment round

PLMJ advised REGA Energy Group, on a new round of investment amounting to EUR 60 million, subscribed by  SWIFT 2 Fund and SWIFT 1 Fund, both managed by SWEN CAPITAL PARTNERS, which specializes  in renewable gases.

The transaction was led by Duarte Schmidt Lino, partner and co-head of the Corporate M&A practice. He was assisted by managing associate Alexander Ehlert and senior associate Ana Nunes Teixeira. Contributions also came from associates Rita Dinis Carvalha and Luísa Eckenroth Moreira. PLMJ’s Finance team also assisted the transaction, with partner Raquel Azevedo, Luís Miguel Vasconcelos, managing associate, and Carolina Antunes, associate. On the tax side, PLMJ's Tax team included partner Isaque Ramos and managing associates Dinis Tracana and João Rodrigues Duarte.
