PLMJ's Real Estate team, co-led by Ricardo Reigada Pereira, advised Lighthouse Properties on the acquisition of the Alegro Montijo shopping centre for €177.8 million.
The deal, which was announced in July and signed this Wednesday, represents a significant addition to Lighthouse Properties' portfolio of assets in the Iberian Peninsula.
PLMJ's real estate team advised on the entire transaction, from negotiation to tax structuring, and was led by partner Ricardo Reigada Pereira on the real estate and tax aspects. The team included Tamara Martins da Fonseca, Marta Van Zeller and Pedro Marques da Costa (real estate) and Leonardo Scolari (tax).
