PLMJ advises Vcredit on its acquisition of Banco Português de Gestão

PLMJ is acting for Vcredit Holdings Limited in the acquisition of a majority stake in Banco Português de Gestão (BPG). The transaction is subject to the approval of the European Central Bank based on the opinion of the Bank of Portugal.

The PLMJ team advising Vcredit, a Hong Kong listed company, is led by partners Bárbara Godinho Correia (Corporate M&A), and André Figueiredo and João Dias Lopes (Banking and Finance). They are also supported by Alexander Ehlert ( managing associate) and Carolina Inverno Branco (associate) from the Corporate M&A team and by Rita Sacadura Orvalho (senior counsel), André Abrantes (managing associate) and Rita Almeida (of counsel) from the Banking and Finance team.
