PLMJ advises Worten on its acquisition of Zaask

PLMJ advised Worten, the Sonae group's electronics retailer, on the acquisition of Zaask, an online platform for contracting any type of home services provided by companies or independent professionals.

The PLMJ team involved in advising on this transaction was led by Filipe Avides Moreira, a partner in the Corporate M&A practice.
