PLMJ advised the banking syndicate coordinated by BNP Paribas and Santander and which includes CaixaBank, MedioBanca, JB Capital Markets and Caixa BI on its capital increase of around €100 million for Greenvolt. This was done through a public offer for the sale of subscription rights for 17,792,576 new shares and the respective admission to trading on a regulated market.

Greenvolt is one of the largest companies in Europe in the segment of large scale solar and wind power projects development and the demand exceeded the offer of shares by approximately 1.87, confirming the high interest of investors in Greenvolt's expansion project.
