PLMJ advises joint venture between Europi and Bedrock Capital on the acquisition of real estate assets from Norfin

PLMJ advised the joint venture between the Swedish group Europi Property Group and the Bedrock Capital group on the acquisition of logistical real estate assets from Norfin. The assets are located in Cartaxo and in Alverca do Ribatejo, and one of the properties is fully rented out by a company in the Sonae group. The team that led the operation was headed by Sofia Gomes da Costa, a partner in PLMJ's Real Estate and Tourism practice area, with assistance from lawyers in the same team: managing associate, Sofia Coutinho, and senior associates, Sérgio Teixeira and Fernando Costal Carinhas.
