PLMJ provided legal support in Portugal in the sale by Altice of MEO’s telecommunications towers to a Consortium made up of Morgan Stanley Infrastructures and Fundo Horizon for EUR 660 million. The PLMJ team that represented the “joint venture” was headed by Diogo Perestrelo, a partner from PLMJ Corporate / M&A, and it included five other partners:

- André Figueiredo, the partner who heads PLMJ Capital Markets
