PLMJ advises on real estate transaction between Incus Capital and BPI Imofomento

PLMJ advised Incus Capital on the sale of the building located at Rua Ramalho Ortigão 51, in Lisbon, to BPI Imofomento, an open-ended real estate investment fund managed by BPI Gestão de Ativos.

In addition to its privileged location, next to Praça de Espanha and Avenida António Augusto de Aguiar, and an ongoing Breeam Excellent certification, the building's area is more than 10 thousand square meters above ground and has tenants such as Anacom, Cimpor, the Embassy of Japan and SLV Specialties, from the Solvay group.

On PLMJ's side, the transaction was led by Francisco Lino Dias, Partner and co-head of the Real Estate and Tourism practice, and included the participation of Marta Vanzeler, associate in the same area.
