PLMJ advises on sale of Terra Verde, Lda

PLMJ recently advised Terra Verde’s private shareholders on the sale of their shares to the EMMAC Group, a multi-national operating in the medical cannabis sector.

PLMJ worked with British firm Taylor Wessing on the sale of what was the first company in Portugal to obtain a licence for growing, importing and exporting Cannabis Sativa.

EMMAC was advised by UK firm Hill Dickinson and by Galhardo Vilão Torres in Portugal.
