PLMJ among top-ranked for Iberian Peninsula M&As

PLMJ is among the 20 law firms that appear in Mergermarket’s ranking of the top M&A operations on the Iberian Peninsula for the first 6 months of 2010.

According to Mergermarket, PLMJ’s corporate and M&A team coordinated by partners Victor Réfegga Fernandes and Manuel Santos Vítor advised on two merger and acquisition operations with a combined investment value of €217m.
