PLMJ analyses the Public Contracts Code

Paulo Moura Marques and Pedro Melo, PLMJ Partners specialized in public law, with the Firm’s  Public Law Area of Practice, were the speakers to the Seminar “The New Public Contracts Code” jointly promoted by the “Azores Civil Construction and public works Industrials Association” (AICOPA)  and the Azores University.

The Seminar, held with the purpose of instructing the public contracting new regime and to point out the alterations introduced by the “Public Contracts Code”, took place in Ponta Delgada, the past 14 of February with an audience of nearly 300 persons.
