PLMJ and AIMinho organise debate on "Mergers & Acquisitions – A New Look in Times of Crisis."

PLMJ and the Minho business association (AIMinho) are organising an interesting debate for these times on "M&A - A New Look in Times of Crisis". The debate includes points on: mergers and acquisitions as a means of concentration and economic restructuring, the role of mergers and acquisitions in "times of crisis" and the evolution of the sector in Portugal, supporting forms and instruments in mergers and acquisitions and the role of venture capital and "business angels" in the context of restructuring.
