PLMJ and MSCI join forces for the annual presentation of the Real Estate Index 2023

PLMJ and MSCI will jointly present the results of the MSCI Portugal Annual Real Estate Index for 2023 on 16th April between 9am and 11am at the PLMJ Auditorium in Lisbon.

The presentation will be given by Luís Francisco from MSCI. He will present the latest investment trends and performance of the Portuguese real estate market, analyse the evolution of the different sectors and their main drivers, and explore some of the main trends in global real estate markets in 2024.

The main findings will be commented on by a panel of experts who will share their views on the current challenges and opportunities facing the Portuguese property market. The panel will be moderated by Francisco Lino Dias, partner and co-head of PLMJ's Real Estate and Tourism practice.
