This morning, PLMJ lawyers Nuno Ferreira Morgado, partner and head of the firm's Employment and Labour practice, and José João Henriques, managing associate, discussed with Mercer representatives Marta Dias and Luís Vinagre some of the main challenges and trends in executive remuneration for 2024, presenting the main conclusions of the 2023/2024 edition of Mercer's study on executive remuneration policies.
