PLMJ and VdA sign Cooperation Agreement

 Portuguese Law Firm’s PLMJ – A.M.Pereira, Sáragga Leal, Oliveira Martins, Júdice e Associados and VdA – Vieira de Almeida e Associados, signed a Cooperation Agreement in order to, jointly ,render legal assistance to the consortium co headed by Brisa and by Mota-Engil, within the scope of the projects for the privatization of ANA and the construction of the new Lisbon Airport.

The agreement is unprecedented and innovative in Portugal in various aspects. It is indeed the first time two referenced Law Firms create a “Task Force” in  our country for common purposes through a formal Agreement.
