PLMJ and the French Portuguese Chamber of Commerce promote a Legal Encounter on “Environmental Liability and Environmental Risk within the PPP”
10/11/2008PLMJ, within a joint collaboration with the Portuguese-French Chamber of Commerce, promotes, the next 18th of November, at the Firm’s premises in Lisbon, another Legal Encounter which is dedicated, this time, to “Environmental Liability and Environment Risk within PPP” .
Presenting the theme shall be Pedro Melo, PLMJ Partner with the Firm’s Public Law Area of Practice and Manuel da Silva Gomes, Senior Associate with the same Area coordinating the Firm’s Environmental law “practice team“.The theme of the Encounter, at a time when structural laws within the environmental domain are being consecrated by our legislator, is dedicated, in this particular case, to the important issue of the environment liability and risk within PPP.
