PLMJ and the Lisbon Trade Association organise another conference on: Amendments to the civil procedure code and the impact on business

PLMJ, together with the Lisbon Trade Association (ACL), are organising another large scale debate in the series of conferences called "Law in Perspective". This time the conference will be on "Amendments to the civil procedure code and the impact on business" to be held on 30 May at the Lisbon Trade Association, in Lisbon. José Miguel Júdice, partner and head of PLMJ’s arbitration practice and vice-president of the ACL, will open the conference. There will be several presentations given by PLMJ partners Nuno Líbano Monteiro, head of PLMJ’s litigation and arbitration practice, Manuela Tavares Morais, also from the litigation and arbitration practice and Pedro Faria, another partner in PLMJ’s Litigation and Arbitration practice. Associates Filipa Nunes Dias and Catarina Guedes de Carvalho, will also participate in the conference. Admission is free upon registration.
