PLMJ assists the Parliament in a legal formation Seminar on the new Public Contracts Code

The Parliament Parliamentary and Inter-parliamentary Center selected A. M. Pereira, Sáragga Leal, Oliveira Martins, Júdice and Associates to render the necessary legal formation on the new regime of public contracts to those, in the Parliament, who directly or indirectly deal with these contracts.

This legal formation, to take place the 5th and the 6th of May, at the Parliament premises, shall be lectured by the PLMJ Public Law Area of Practice “team” Lawyers (headed by Rui Chancerelle de Machete) namely Partners Teresa de Melo Ribeiro, Filipe Abecasis, Pedro Melo, Paulo de Moura Marques, Tiago Duarte and Senior Associate Manuel da Silva Gomes.

The Seminar, which shall be composed by panels corresponding to main subjects of the public contracts new regime, shall be opened by Partner Teresa de Melo Ribeiro with a Masters Degree on Juridical- Political Sciences.
