26/10/2009

Fórum Portugal Exportador – the Portugal Exporter Forum – is an initiative of the AIP (the Portuguese Industrial Association) which will take place on 29 October at the Lisbon Congress Centre. The forum is specifically targeting companies wanting to take the first steps towards internationalisation and/or to expand their exporting capacity.

PLMJ’s international trade multidisciplinary team, headed by partner Nuno Brito Lopes, will work with the AIP at this forum and at all the AIP’s international missions to provide experienced and specialised legal advice and support both at home and abroad.

As in 2008, PLMJ will be present with a stand where lawyers from the firm can be consulted on matters related to international trade and to the markets where the firm has a presence through its network of international partnerships such as Angola, Mozambique, Brazil, Macao and central and eastern European countries such as Poland, the Czech Republic, Hungary, Austria, Bulgaria and Romania.

Lawyers from PLMJ and from our network of partners will take part in themed cafés and will be available for and participate in the Angola Workshop themed cafés and will be available for and participate in the Angola Workshop.

The aim of the Forum is, on one day and in one place, to provide Portuguese companies with the opportunity of:

  • Getting to know the internationalisation support mechanisms
