PLMJ closes a securitisation of consumer credit portfolio for Wizink Bank

PLMJ advised Wizink, the digital bank specialising in credit solutions, on the securitisation of a consumer credit portfolio. The transaction had an estimated value of around EUR 150 million.

 The team that dealt with this matter was led by Gonçalo dos Reis Martins, a partner from the Banking and Finance and Capital Markets practice, together with senior associate Alexandre Norinho de Oliveira, with the support of André da Gama Loureiro, both from the same practice area.
