PLMJ consultant Emílio Rui Vilar is elected president of the General Council of the University of Coimbra

PLMJ consultant Emílio Rui Vilar has been elected president of the General Council of the University of Coimbra. Emílio Rui Vilar is a consultant to PLMJ for the areas of energy and national resources and, in particular, the oil and gas sector and banking and finance among others. The University of Coimbra law graduate has now ‘come home’ to direct the General Council.
