PLMJ consultant Rui Chancerelle Machete appointed to mediate dispute between the State and PT

PLMJ consultant Rui Chancerelle Machete has been appointed by the Government to mediate the dispute  between the State and PT Comunicações in relation to the method of calculation of the operating margins in the telecommunication public service agreement since 2006. The PLMJ consultant to the firm’s public law practice has been chosen by the Government to be an arbitrator in this case.
