PLMJ and NERA - the Algarve Region Business Association - are organising the "Urban Planning Simplex" seminar to provide a further forum for debate on the reform aimed at simplifying urban planning and land use procedures.
The seminar will be led by Carmen Baptista Rosa, partner in PLMJ's Real Estate practice and head of the firm's Faro office, Andreia Candeias Mousinho, partner in PLMJ's Urban Planning practice, Benedita Lacerda, managing associate in PLMJ's Urban Planning practice, and Rita Calafate, associate in PLMJ's Real Estate practice.
PLMJ's team has been following the entry into force of the New Urban Planning Simplex through information sessions in Lisbon, Porto and now in Loulé, bringing together various players in the property market.
