PLMJ establishes partnership with AEM to produce legal information on capital markets

PLMJ has established a partnership with AEM – The Association of Companies Issuing Quoted Securities on the Market, to produce regular briefings aimed at monitoring legislative developments that affect the area of capital markets.

The first briefing is already out and it addresses "The Revision of the Shareholder Rights Directive", providing an update on this new legislative initiative by the European Commission, which is aimed at creating a more attractive environment for shareholders and investors in quoted companies.
