PLMJ has more lawyers recognised as "Rising Stars" than any other Portuguese law firm

The Rising Stars guide has presented its list of the best international young talent of 2019, in various areas of the legal sector. In total, five PLMJ lawyers are named in this new edition dedicated to Rising Stars, and the firm stands out, once again, as the Portuguese law firm with the highest number of lawyers recognised.

In its fifth edition, the Rising Stars guide recognises Dirce Rente from the criminal law and compliance practice, Filipe Abreu, from the tax practice, Raquel Azevedo, from, the banking and finance, and capital markets practices, Rúben Brigolas, from the Angola Desk, and Rui Costa Pereira, from the criminal law and compliance practice.

The Rising Stars guide picks out talented young partners or senior associates already recognised for their work on important transactions, who also have a profile of leadership in the areas where they work.

This further international recognition of its lawyers sees PLMJ highlighted in what is one of the most significant publications in the legal world.
