PLMJ hosts JLL for business breakfast on the property market

On the morning of 18 March, PLMJ's Real Estate and Tourism team hosted the JLL team for the annual business breakfast dedicated to discussing the property market in Portugal.

The session included a presentation by Joana Fonseca, Head of Strategic Consultancy & Research - JLL, on the property market summary for 2023 and the outlook for 2024, followed by presentations by Abel Barbosa and Micaela Giestas Salvador, specialists from PLMJ's Real Estate and Tourism and Urban Planning teams, on the operationalisation of the urban simplex.
