PLMJ in a formation Conference on the new “Public Contracts Code” in the Azores

PLMJ’s Public Law Area of Practice shall be lecturing in the Azores two intensive formation sessions on the new Public Contracts Code to the most representative Association of the azorian civil construction sector, the AICOPA.

The formation shall   be dealing with adjucatory proceedings, public works contracting, concessions and  Public Private Partnerships and  shall  be instructed by PLMJ specialists  in Public Contracting and Public Law, Partners Pedro Melo and Paulo Moura Marques, both  with the Firm’s Public Law Area of Practice.
