PLMJ in the INTERTAX

Intertax, one of the most reputed International Tax Law Magazines, published, in its November 2006 edition, a legal work subscribed by PLMJ Lawyers.

The authors were Rogério Fernandes Ferreira, Senior Partner and co-Head of the Firm’s Tax Department and António Fernandes de Oliveira, a member of the same Department. The theme under discussion was on the “Taxation of Dividends Distributed by Portuguese Resident Companies”.
