PLMJ in the January edition of “The Lawyer”

Within the 2009, 5th of January edition, of the reputed magazine “The Lawyer“, in a special report on Portugal and Spain entitled “Stormy Weathering”, references are made both to PLMJ ’s legal assistance to major international transactions in Portugal  and to the declarations by the Firm’s Equity Partner and Deputy Managing Director, Manuel Santos Vitor, on the  effects of the global economical crisis on portuguese Law Firms.

According to Manuel Santos Vitor: «Portugal’s small open economy will not escape from the financial and now economical crisis . The effects are starting to be felt and 2009 is certainly going to be a tough year in Portugal, in Europe and in the world ».
