PLMJ in the World Trademark Report

The PLMJ IP, Trademark and Patent Law Department, headed by Equity Partner Manuel Lopes Rocha, contributes regularly to one of the most reputed daily online newspapers on this domain, the World Trademark Report.

This time, the 30th November issue of the Report published an article entitled “New decree law clarifies customs action” subscribed by Lawyer Paula Martinho da Silva, from the same Department, on the new means held by customs authorities against suspected counterfeit products.
