PLMJ lawyer speak at conference on "Liabilities of the corporate bodies of commercial companies"

PLMJ partners Miguel Urbano and Serena Cabrita Neto, and senior associate Pedro Barosa will all be speakers at a conference dedicated to the topics of civil, criminal and tax liability taking place in Lisbon on 11 February.

Miguel Urbano, a partner from the Corporate/M&A, will speak on “Civil liability of directors and corporate governance”; Serena Cabrita Neto, a partner from the tax practice, will speak on “Liability of corporate bodies and supervision of commercial companies” and Pedro Barosa, a senior associate from the criminal law practice will speak on “criminal liability of corporate bodies of commercial companies”. Rodrigo Fonseca, director of the Marsh speciality FINPRO&PEMA department will speak on “Security for civil liability of directors and supervisors Change to the Company Code”.

This event is organised by the Portuguese-German Chamber of Commerce and Industry and the British-Portuguese Chamber Of Commerce and Industry. It will take place in the PLMJ Auditorium in Lisbon.
