PLMJ lawyers contribute to Trends & Developments chapter to Chambers Insolvency 2022

PLMJ lawyers wrote the Trends and Developments chapter of the Chambers and Partners guide to insolvency in Portugal. The chapter was written by senior partner, Nuno Líbano Monteiro, partner, Joaquim Shearman de Macedo, senior counsel, Manuela Tavares Morais, and associate, Rita Folhadela. All these lawyers fre from the firm's Dispute Resolution practice.

In the chapter, the experts analyse the changes to the Portuguese Insolvency and Corporate Restructuring Code, the Special Revitalisation Process, and other changes to insolvency procedures.
