Rita Samoreno Gomes, partner and co-head of the Dispute Resolution practice, Pedro Lomba, partner and head of the Technology, Media and Telecommunications practice, and Martim Valente, senior counsel in the European and Competition practice, will be speakers at the Global Class Actions Symposium 2024, to be held on 12 and 13 November at SUD Lisboa Hal.
Rita Samoreno Gomes will be a speaker at the opening panel 'Collective Redress in Portugal' on 12 November, between 10am and 10.45am.
Martim Valente will speak on the panel 'The Critical Role of Economic Analysis in Class Actions', on the same day, from 14.50 to 15.35.
Pedro Lomba will speak on the panel 'Big Tech Claims Across Europe' on 13 November, from 16.55 to 17.20.
