Telma Pires de Lima and Rute Alves, senior counsel in the Dispute Resolution practice, will be speakers at the 2nd edition of the Intensive Course on Arbitration. The course, organised by the Portuguese Arbitration Association (APA) and the Portuguese Arbitration Moot Association (PAMA), will take place on 18 October and between 21 and 25 October at the various partner firms.
Telma Pires de Lima and Rute Alves will participate in the first day of the course with the modules "Introduction to Arbitration (Nature and Principles)" and "The Arbitration Agreement", from 17:00 to 18:15 and from 18:45 to 20:00, respectively, at PLMJ.
