Mariana França Gouveia, Joaquim Shearman de Macedo and Pedro Caetano Nunes, all partners from PLMJ's Dispute Resolution practice, will take part in the conference "IN_SOLVENS: PER and PEAP - past, present and future", organised by NOVA School of Law and CEDIS. The event takes place on 10 December, starting at 9.30 am.
Mariana França Gouveia, a PLMJ Dispute Resolution partner and Director of NOVA School of Law, will moderate the first panel discussion on the topic "IN_SOLVENS Project: empirical analysis of the PER and the PEAP".
Joaquim Shearman de Macedo, the partner who heads the Dispute Resolution practice and Pedro Caetano Nunes, another partner from the same practice, will take part as speakers in the round table on the Proposal of Law no. 115/XIV/3rd.
This conference is a joint organisation of CEDIS and NOVA School of Law and aims to analyse and debate two of the pre-insolvency mechanisms that exist in Portugal: the special revitalisation process (PER) and the special payment agreement process (PEAP).
