PLMJ lawyers write Public Procurement 2023 for Lexology

Three PLMJ experts have written the Portuguese chapter of Public Procurement 2023 for Lexology. The authors are Diogo Duarte de Campos, partner in charge of the firm's Public Law practice, and partner Maria Zagallo and senior counsel Tiago Duarte, both from the same practice area.

In the chapter on Portuguese legislation, the PLMJ team answered several questions on the applicable law, application and procedures, as well as the latest trends in the field of public procurement.
