PLMJ lawyers write about sustainability indices

Raquel Azevedo, a partner in PLMJ's Banking and Finance and Capital Markets practice, and Sara Lemos de Meneses, a senior associate in the same practice, have written an opinion article entitled "Sustainability indices: the challenge of measuring ESG" for the magazine Greensavers.

In the article, the PLMJ lawyers, who have been closely following the implementation of these issues in companies, stress that the challenge lies in the application of these indexes. This is because "the participation of companies may require them to deal with requests for information that they did not typically produce. In turn, this may involve an effort to adapt."
