PLMJ lawyers write article for the International Bar Association

Bárbara Godinho Correia, a partner in the M&A practice, and Manuel Sequeira, a senior associate in the same area, have written an article for the International Bar Association regarding Directive (EU) 2019/2121 and creditor protection in the context of cross-border mergers.

The PLMJ lawyers analysed the creditor protection rules in the Portuguese jurisdiction as well as creditor protection under the Mobility Directive.
