PLMJ lawyers write guide on private equity for The Legal 500

A group of lawyers from PLMJ's Corporate M&A team have co-authored a chapter entitled "Portugal: Private Equity" for The Legal 500. The authors are partner, Teresa Madeira Afonso, senior associates, Nuno Serrão Faria and Pedro Menezes Cardoso, and associate Ana Nunes Teixiera. A contribution was also made by Nuno Ferreira Morgado, a partner from the Employment and Labour practice.

The Legal 500 is a research, ranking and publication company based in the United Kingdom. The company evaluates global law firms and lawyers for its publications and rankings.
