The IPCG and PLMJ invite you to the launch of the first instalment of the notebooks from the IPCG – the Portuguese Institute for Corporate Governance. The Best Practice Manual for Management Bodies of Quoted Companies was coordinated by João de Mello Franco, an IPCG member and Magda Viçoso (a PLMJ  senior associate from the capital markets practice area who was also responsible for the research and editing of this publication).
