PLMJ organises conference on “The 2017 State Budget and the New Taxation of Assets” in Madeira

In partnership with Mendes Londral & Associados and Grant Thornton, PLMJ has organised a conference on the 2017 State Budget in Funchal, Madeira, on 11 January. The conference “The 2017 State Budget and the New Taxation of Assets” will be an opportunity to analyse and debate the main changes to taxation approved in the new state budget.

Nuno Cunha Barnabé, the partner who heads PLMJ Tax, Miguel C. Reis, a partner from PLMJ Tax, and Priscila Santos, a senior associate from the same practice area, will address the topics of "Banking secrecy and the exchange of information", "Taxation of assets" and "Tax justice and arbitration", respectively. The Regional Director of the Tax Authority and of Tax Affairs, the managing partner of Grant Thornton and Roberto Mendes Londral, a partner at Mendes Londral e Associados will also take part in the conference.
