With the aim of contributing to a clear understanding of the 2014 State Budget, PLMJ organised two conferences on the topic. The first conference took place in Lisbon on 22 October with PLMJ tax law specialists and special guest speakers who debated “
The 2014 State Budget and the reform of IRC”. The debate covered corporate and personal income tax as well as other taxes and tax litigation and also looked at the possible future scenarios under the new budget. The debate has an international perspective and addressed issues related to banking and the competitiveness of businesses. A conference will also take place in Oporto on the same topic on 29 October at the library of the Serralves foundation museum.
The Oporto conference will be moderated by André Macedo, the director of Dinheiro Vivo, PLMJ’s partner in organising the event.
