Nuno Líbano Monteiro, the partner who heads PLMJ Litigation, has spoken to the Portuguese newspaper 'Jornal de Negócios' about the country's justice system. In the article, he explains that he comes across limitations on access to economic justice on a daily basis. He also points out that "because they are completely overloaded, particularly in Lisbon and Porto, the courts with specialist jurisdiction have become impracticable as a means of obtaining a decision in reasonable amount of time".
