In the article, he explains that he comes across limitations on access to economic justice on a daily basis. He also points out that "because they are completely overloaded, particularly in Lisbon and Porto, the courts with specialist jurisdiction have become impracticable as a means of obtaining a decision in reasonable amount of time".
