PLMJ partners reflect on strategy and the future - PLMJ 2010 conference takes place in Oporto

The PLMJ partners met this weekend for the firm’s traditional annual conference for reflection and strategic planning. The 43 PLMJ partners were joined by the partners from PLMJ’s Portuguese partner firms in Coimbra, the Azores, Guimarães and Viseu as well as two partners from Brazilian law firm TozinniFreire Advogados with who PLMJ has been in partnership for a number of years.

The main theme of the meeting was PLMJ 2010: Future Challenges and the objective reflection and discussion of PLMJ’s strategy for the coming years. 

Themes such as: governability, sustainability, international relations policy, business development policy and best practices for knowledge development.

This year the Conference took place in Oporto where PLMJ has an Office of around 20 lawyers. This team was strengthened in 2009 when it was joined by a group of lawyers headed by Manuel Cavaleiro Brandão.
