PLMJ senior associate Diogo Duarte Campos writes opinion article for Jornal i on the powers of the regulators

Diogo Duarte Campos, a PLMJ senior associate, has written an opinion article for the newspaper Jornal I on Portugal's regulatory bodies entitled "Who regulates the regulator?" In the article, he explains that "as the Bank of Portugal's recent investigation into the bank BES has demonstrated, the regulators have an extensive set of wide-ranging powers, with a direct impact on the lives of millions of people. This means we have to ask: who regulates the regulator?"
