Nuno Líbano Monteiro, senior partner in the Dispute Resolution practice, and Francisco da Cunha Matos, a senior associate in the same practice, have written a commentary on the impact of the pandemic on the role of bank directors for the International Law Office (ILO).
The PLMJ specialists point out that, after March 2020 and with the most recent conflict between Russia and Ukraine, the global economy has suffered an intensive deterioration and that, given the situation of instability, it is necessary to reflect on the impacts of the pandemic on bank directors.
