PLMJ has strengthened its Real Estate and Tourism team with the recruitment of five lawyers: Beatriz Paredes, Diogo Neves, Maria Goreti Rebêlo, Maria Sanches Afonso and Raquel de Lóia Sequeira.
Maria Goreti Rebêlo joins PLMJ as a senior counsel. With over 20 years' experience, she will be responsible for advising investors and developers on a wide range of transactions involving the acquisition, sale or lease/occupation of all types of property.
Diogo Neves joins the Porto office as a senior associate. He has 10 years' experience advising Portuguese and international clients across a range of sectors.
Maria Sanches Afonso, who joins the Lisbon team as a senior associate, has 10 years' experience in real estate, with a particular focus on the retail, office, residential and agribusiness sectors.
Beatriz Paredes and Raquel Lóia Sequeira join the Real Estate and Tourism practice as associates, working on real estate sales and purchases, leasing and the creation of real estate rights.
