Ricardo Silva Pereira has joined PLMJ's Dispute Resolution practice as a senior counsel.
Ricardo came from Linklaters and has 15 years' experience as a lawyer. During this time, he principal focus has been the area of dispute resolution where he has specialised in restructuring and insolvency, and arbitration. His specialisation in these matters was consolidated by completing the Insolvency Course at the Faculty of Law of the University of Coimbra (2014) and the University Extension Course in Arbitration at the Faculty of Law of the Nova University (2015), among others. He has also published articles and participated as a speaker in conferences on restructuring and insolvency.
PLMJ's new senior counsel is a member of the Portuguese Arbitration Association (APA) and the Portuguese Insolvency and Recovery Association (APDIR) where he is also Chair of the Board of the General Meeting.
